areas of science and technology ranging from biomedicine to alternative energy.
- We use concepts and tools in biology to organize nanoparticles into multiscale
assemblies with controllable architecture and properties.
- Our primary interest in this effort is to understand collective properties of
nanomaterials and to learn how to control materials properties through self-assembly.
